Ingredients
- 20 ounces cream of chicken soup, reduced sodium
- 8 ounces low fat sour cream
- ⅔ cup non-fat milk
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup chow mein noodles (crispy)
- ¼ cup green onions
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
Directions
- In a medium saucepan heat cream of chicken, sour cream and milk. Bring to boil, reduce heat.
- Add chicken and seasonings, stir to coat and heat 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Serve over rice and top with ingredients
