Ingredients
- 3 large avacado's
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped fresh
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low fat or fat free
- 2 ounces tortilla chips
Directions
- In a bowl or food processor mash avocados. Add lime juice, salt and mix.
- Chop tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Add to bowl and mix. Cool in refrigerator for one hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or other side.
