Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 ½ cups frozen stir fry vegetables
- 2 ½ cups garbanzo beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
Directions
- In a saute pan heat oil and add frozen vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings and cook until vegetables are soft.
- Drain garbanzo beans add to mixture, heat until warm.
- Serve with rice, tofu, or other side dish.
