In addition to YHEP's educational component, we donate all of the produce we grow in our garden-based classrooms to food pantries and soup kitchens throughout the Las Vegas Valley! This video describes the some of the food safety measures we teach our youth as part of the larger seed-to-sale process. To find out more about our produce donation program, or to become one of our recipients, contact YHEP today!
