Our work – it’s all about what impact we can have, right?

But, sometimes it’s challenging to convey that impact.  Najat Elgeberi, an evaluation specialist with our College, will be our featured presenter and will talk about:

  • How you can evaluate your activities and tools you can use
Input, output and outcome – what’s the difference?
  • The easiest way to write an impact statement
  • Strong impacts vs. weak impacts
  • Reporting short-, medium- and long-term impacts, especially in research

The communications team also presented:

  • The national impacts databases for Extension and the Experiment Station, and how to get your work included
  • Interfolio tips for creating a more robust report
  • Conveying impacts through storytelling; putting a face on your work
