September is National Food Safety Education Month! With an estimated 48 million cases of food borne illness and 3,000 related deaths continuing to occur in the US every year, there is good reason to focus on training for those of us working in food production. Check out upcoming online produce safety trainings for growers – complete it on your own schedule and meet the  FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) training requirement. The next one starts October 7, 2020!
