Summary

Kaitlyn Camille Macato (she/her) is a Community Based Instructor for the 4-H Youth Development Program in Clark County. She is passionate about empowering youth leaders from all walks of life and creating inclusive spaces for the next generation of changemakers. Kaitlyn's youth-focused journey took root in camp leadership, where she led initiatives and conversations centered on mental health awareness.


Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science.
