Summary

Yaritza Ileana (She/Ella) is the program coordinator for the 4-H Youth Development Program in Clark County. Formally, she was a community-based instructor for the program and has taught in many program areas of 4-H including STEAM, Healthy Living, Civic Engagement, Expresive Arts, Cultural Awareness, and Archery.

Yaritza Ileana formerly worked for CCSD and has been an active volunteer for the Latino Youth Leadership Conference (LYLC) since 2013. She enjoys being involved with various community organizations and has a passion for working with youth and the diverse communities in Las Vegas through community service and education.

Programs

4-H Shooting Sports

The focus of all 4-H programs is the development of youth as individuals and as responsible and productive citizens. The 4-H Shooting Sports Program stands out as an example. Youth learn marksmanship, the safe and responsible use of firearms, the principles of hunting and archery, and much more. The activities of the program and the support of caring adult leaders provide young people with opportunities to develop life skills, self-worth and conservation ethics.

4-H Student Nutrition Advisory Council (SNAC) Club

4-H Afterschool SNACs are student led 4-H clubs that promote leadership skills that focus on healthy living, nutrition, physical activity, cooking, and public speaking.

Clark County (Las Vegas) 4-H Youth Development

4-H programming in the general Clark County area.

Clark County 4-H After School Program

Extension provides 4-H programming in the afterschool setting. Students learn-by-doing in 4-H Afterschool.

Clark County 4-H Summer Day Camp

Join us for the 4-H Summer Adventures Day Camp where there will be fun activities for everyone!
