Physical Activity in Recovery
This includes a poster and a variety of educational materials designed to be shared with individuals, families, and communities. Participants will learn how physical activity can support recovery from substance abuse by improving physical health, reducing stress and boosting mood.
One Week Walking Challenge
This one week walking challenge will help you improve your step count throughout the week and improve your energy levels, mood and overall wellbeing.
Nutrition in Recovery
Nutrition in recovery from substance use is essential because it helps the body and brain heal from the effects of addiction. A balanced diet provides the nutrients needed to restore energy, support mental health, strengthen the immune system, and improve overall well-being, helping build a healthier foundation.
