Partner Plank Challenge
Partners hold a plank while completing challenges like ball roll, hand tag, or Tic-Tac-Toe. Modify with knee plank. Focus on core strength, teamwork, and proper form.
Roll of the Dice Cardio
Participants engage in a dice-based fitness game where they roll two dice—one for an exercise and one for repetitions. The group completes movements such as jumping jacks, burpees, knee lifts, and squats based on the roll outcome. This activity promotes cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and engagement.
Team Up and Triumph
Participants are divided into teams of 5–8 and compete in fun, active group challenges using a beach ball and a hula hoop. A referee starts each round and observes which team completes the task first. Teams work together to complete movement-based challenges that promote coordination, teamwork, and physical activity.
