How to order

  1. Peruse the items below and make a note of your selections (product names, colors, sizes, quantities, etc.)
  2. Log into NevadaBox using your NetID username and password.
  3. Click the NevadaBox order form.
  4. Click open.
  5. Click Microsoft Excel.
  6. Add the first item in your order to the next row in the Excel table.
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email address
    4. Extension office
    5. Product name
    6. Color
    7. Size
    8. Quantity
    9. Worktag
  7. Add each subsequent item in your order to its own new row in the Excel table.
  8. Click save. 
  9. Close Excel.
  10. Refresh the NevadaBox order form page. You should now see your items added to the spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

How soon will I receive my order?

To keep costs down for everyone, branded apparel is ordered in batches of at least XXX items. After the order is submitted to the vendor, the turnaround time for embroidery and shipping is XXX.

How much will my order cost?

The larger the order we place, the lower the per item cost will be for everyone. Expected costs are XXX.

I'm having trouble placing an order. Who do I contact for help?

  • If you have trouble with your NetID username or password, NevadaBox or Excel, contact IT for support.
  • If you do not know which worktag to charge for the expense, check with your supervisor or finance.
  • For other issues, contact cabnrcomms@unr.edu.

Logo thread colors

Thead colors for embroidery are determined by the color of the product that you choose.
