How to use:

Physical activity not only changes your body, but it also changes your mind, your attitude and your mood!

Activity Calendar materials include an activity calendar and activity tags for a variety of activities. To use the calendar, print it on 11 x 17 paper. Print the activity tags, then cut out each tag so it can be added to the calendar. There are two options to choose from: one for women's facilities and one for men's or mixed-gender facilities. The calendar may also be laminated so it can be reused. Download the activity calendar and tags below.
The Health Coordinator will plan which activities to add to the calendar. Activities may be selected from the provided activity tags, or the Health Coordinator may choose other activities that participants would enjoy. After selecting the activities, the Health Coordinator will choose the days for each activity. Once the calendar is planned, attach the activity tags to the calendar using tape or Velcro on the days the activities will take place.

On the day of each activity, the Health Coordinator will use the matching instruction page to prepare, set up, and lead the activity.
