Summary

Tricia has vast career experience providing youth-centered programming for youth and families in New York City and Las Vegas from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including adjudicated youth. She has managed several research and evidence-based programs for the University of Nevada, Reno Extension. Her current work focus involves leading Extension's efforts to improve service to underserved populations, bridging UNR Extension's programs that are instrumental in strengthening community partnerships, promoting stakeholder engagement, and supporting educational outcomes to diverse participants and communities. Tricia engages multiple Extension program areas and disciplines, (including children, youth, and family, 4-H, and civic engament) to enhance community access and program delivery to all.
