Creamy Peanut Dip 

This dip is great with apples, pears, carrot or celery sticks.  

A jar of peanut butter dip.
Level: Easy Prep: 5 minutes Yield: 6 servings
Total: 5 minutes Inactive: 0 minutes  

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice 
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 

Directions

  1. Mix the peanut butter and orange juice in a small bowl until smooth. 
  2. Stir in vanilla yogurt. 
  3. Enjoy!
