Cantaloupe Smoothie

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 cup frozen cantaloupe chunks
  • ½ cup 2% Milk

Directions

  1. Place peeled banana and cantaloupe chunks in the freezer overnight
  2. Cut the frozen banana into chunks.  Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.  Blend until smooth.
