Ryan Tesar

4-H Volunteer Program Coordinator


The 4-H program is the largest youth development organization in the United States, and it engages over 49,000 young people in positive youth development programs across the state of Nevada. The 4-H program is supported by volunteers who provide programming, leadership, and mentorship support to participants. 

Ryan is the 4-H Volunteer Program Coordinator at the UNR Cooperative Extension in Clark County. In this role, he oversees 4-H volunteer activities, coordinates outreach events for volunteer recruitment, and works to continuously improve all aspects of the volunteer experience.
