Grower Workshops

Join the Nevada Tribal Programs for educational grower workshops! Topics include soil health, pests, regenerative ag, and USDA programs. Learn about growing in hoop houses, gardens, and larger crop production. Lunch or dinner is provided at each event.

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! UNR Extension invites youth ages 9–13 to spend a fun-filled day at the beautiful 4-H Camp at Lake Tahoe. Packed with exciting activities and outdoor experiences, this special event offers a chance to explore nature, make new friends, and create lasting memories. Choose your adventure on either June 9 or June 10, 2025. We’ll see you by the lake!

Father’s Day Powwow Event

Celebrate Father’s Day weekend with UNR Extension and community partners. This special event is part of the Stewart Father’s Day Powwow and includes cultural presentations, food, and fun for all ages. Shade set up beings at 3 p.m. Friday June 13 - Shades set up prior to 3 p.m. will be taken down. This event is at 5500 Snyder Ave, Carson City, NV.
