The conference committee is seeking hands-on workshops, research sessions, poster proposals and panel discussion leaders.

Presenters

Individuals and teams with information and backgrounds that align with the topics to be presented are encouraged to submit proposals. We ask that presentations be interactive and engaging for conference participants and provide useful and practical information. We also ask that presentations be at least 45 minutes in length.

Audiences

New and veteran farmers, local chefs, local restaurant owners, master gardeners, farmers market managers, food banks and other urban agriculture stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

In Sparks

The conference will focus on small-acreage production, including crops and soil needs; livestock and animal health considerations; product marketing; and farm financial management, tax-planning and business skills.

Topics related to floriculture, specialty crops and regenerative agriculture will also be explored.

Present in Sparks
