  • Thursday, March 20, 2025: Registration and Tradeshow set-up begins at 8 a.m. for Pre-Conference Workshops (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
  • Friday, March 21, 2025: The full day of the conference includes a networking lunch, a social mixer, and poster presentations. The evening's fun and informative mixer is sponsored by the Southwest Regional Food Business Center. (8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
  • Saturday, March 22, 2025: Full Day of Conference: Networking Lunch included (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
