Ingredients: 

  • Package of ramen noodles
  • Large handful of fresh greens: kale, chard, bok choy and/or spinach
  • Herbs and alliums: cilantro, chives, garlic and/or green onion, to taste

Directions: Prepare ramen according to package directions. Tear up or chop greens and herbs, add to cooked ramen and mix.
