Housing availability and affordability can play an important role in understanding a community's social and economic well-being. Stable housing can contribute to a robust workforce and foster a sense of unity within the community. The Nevada Economic Assessment Project (NEAP) has conducted a comprehensive housing assessment across all 17 counties, providing insight into current housing supply, demand, and affordability. This assessment provides a baseline housing analysis useful for developing housing policies, plans, and strategies benefiting Nevada communities.
